Site Survey
Most projects will require us to carry out a site survey enabling us to produce drawings of your existing property. From these we can then begin to plot proposed designs to discuss with you further.
Drawings for Planning/Building Reg. approval
We produce full sets of drawings for gaining planning permission and/or building regulation approval. We also provide a service whereby we will apply for planning on your behalf. Likewise with building control; we can deal with the entire process for you.
Product Design
We have the resources to produce a vast array of bespoke furnishings, all of which are designed in-house. We have a network of highly commended tradesmen including carpenters, glaziers and ironmongers of whom we use to help realise our designs.
From domestic furnishings such as fitted wardrobes and custom made shower enclosures, to commercial products including bespoke office furniture, if we can’t source the right product, we simply produce it ourselves.
Landscape Design
Our design expertise extends outside of the home. We are able to design and/or construct outdoor spaces such as gardens and driveways.
We are passionate about producing elegant, innovative designs reflective of our client’s needs and in keeping with their budget. Whether our client favours contemporary design or appreciates a more tradition style, we work with our clients to produce a design unique to them.

We can assist with property renovation, working with you to develop your ideas as well as suggesting concepts of our own. We can help you to transform your property, realising its full potential, thus maximising on profit.
Interior Design
We work closely with our clients using our specialist knowledge to achieve their vision. We specialise in designing both kitchen and bathroom layouts. We produce practical, aesthetically pleasing designs, optimising on space.
Our 3D visualisations allow our clients to envisage different design ideas before committing to their chosen design. As well as having an extensive list of tried and tested suppliers, we have the resources to produce bespoke furnishings and cabinetry in-house.

Over the years we have collated an ever expanding list of companies and suppliers that we know and trust. We pride ourselves on our ability to source quality products and materials at competitive prices.
3D Visualisations
We are able to produce 3D visualisations for our clients. This can be particularly useful for interiors. Many of our clients find it difficult to envisage the space and it can help gain perspective when they are able to see a furnished visualisation of their proposed design. This is a very useful tool when deciding on kitchen layouts and also for loft spaces.
